These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Celestix Agency ("we", "us", or "our") when you engage our creator management services, use our website (celestixagency.com), or enter into any agreement with us.
1. Services
We provide creator management services, including but not limited to content strategy, editing, posting, promotion, subscriber management, and monetization support on various platforms. Services are provided only after a signed agreement and are subject to the terms outlined therein.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You agree to provide accurate information, including valid age verification documents as required by law (18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations).
3. Revenue Share
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard revenue share is 50/50 (after platform fees). Payouts are processed weekly or as specified in your agreement.
4. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of all original content you create. By engaging our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to edit, post, promote, and monetize the content during the term of our agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the relationship, including subscriber data, earnings, strategies, and internal processes. This obligation survives termination.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement as specified in the signed contract. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding obligations, and we will cease all services.
7. Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee specific results or earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
